Born in Lewiston Idaho September 7, 1952 (First of seven children)
Grew up the first eleven years in Clarkston Washington
Moved to Montana for the next four years (Billings & Glasgow)
Moved to Everett at age 15
Graduated from Cascade High School 1971
Attended Washington State University for the next two and a half years
Spent the next ten years in different areas of construction including as a general contractor.
1986 obtained a real estate license
1989 Associate Brokers license
Dan decided to follow his fathers (Dan Wilkins Sr.) footsteps in real estate and began his Real Estate career with Advance Properties in Everett. While he was there, Dan obtained his brokers license and became assistant manager. At that time, Advance Properties was the largest Real Estate company in the state of Washington. Dan went on to manage Cascade Realty. Because it was important to spend more time, to services his clients, he relocated to where he is now, Skyline Properties Inc., which is now the largest Real Estate Company in the state of Washington .
